• Fees paid are non-transferable.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the specific course or service agreement shared at the time of enrollment.

• Participants may use materials only for personal or internal corporate learning purposes.

• Copying, sharing, reselling, recording, or distributing materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• Use training materials responsibly and ethically

• Not engage in disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior during training sessions

• Respect trainers, staff, and fellow participants

Violation of these responsibilities may result in termination of access without refund.

7. Certifications & Outcomes

• Certificates are issued only upon meeting attendance and assessment requirements.

• Advaith Technologies does not guarantee job placement, promotions, or specific career outcomes.

• Skills gained depend on individual effort, participation, and practice.

8. Confidentiality

• Any confidential or proprietary information shared during training or consulting engagements must not be disclosed to third parties.

• Corporate client information will be treated with strict confidentiality.

9. Limitation of Liability

Advaith Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Technical disruptions or internet issues during online sessions

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Termination of Services
